Need Help Gigabyte F2A88X-D3H

i updated my bios to version F6. After that i noticed that i had unpluged my computer for about an hour and when i plugged it back in the it had 2 post beeps. after i noticed that i figured mabee it was a one time deal but now if my computer is shut down and i unplug it and the power supply and motherboard loose power when i plug it back in for the first time it has 2 post beeps all of this started after i updated the bios. i have already re-flashed the bios and that did not help. What should i do? is this just a warning saying that my computer lost power or something worse. Thanks
