Sorry if this question is stupid, but I could not find any answers to my problem, so I decided to ask for help here.
As stated in the title my GPU Fan ís way too loud. I already re-/uninstalled the GPU drivers multiple times, actually I noticed, that when i don't have any GPU drivers installed, the problem does not seem to exist.
But unfortunately I can't really play games without driver sooo... yeah.
I hope someone here might be able to help me.
EDIT: already tried custom fan curve, no success
When i start my PC or after a while of running it, it gets loud anyway, even tho GPU usage is 0-5% and around 40 degrees

Ryzen 5 2600
KFA2 GTX 1660 Ti
ASRock B450 Pro4
