NEED HELP GTA 5 Running Slow after 750 hours and mod install.

Hi, the other day I installed a large mod to add over 100 motorbikes to my game. However, this didnt work and when I came onto my game it was lagging, not getting more than 45fps. I have an AMD 8350 and a GTX 1060. I have reinstalled the game twice and verified the games integrity many times, however Im still faced with this problem. No matter how low I turn down my setting this problem persists.
