Need help/guidance with these parts

Hey I don't plan on overclocking my pc and i was going to get this graphics card : http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=29313&cPath=876

But im not sure if i should go for this one : http://www.centrecom.com.au/evga-geforce-gtx-970-acx-20-cooler-4gb-gddr5

What is the difference and is it much? I would like to pay cheaper for one if they are not much different

The superclocked edition has a higher base and turbo frequency. I think that is pretty much all that is different.

How much difference would it make in game though?
Like is it worth me getting the cheaper one if it wont effect me too much?

If you really want to squeeze every bit of performance out, and the $40 difference is negligible, then go for it. If you don't care about the few FPS difference it'll make, throw that money in to a different upgrade later on or go buy a half decent bottle of champagne for new years. .
