Need help heat

My mother board is running at around 40 degress celcius. Is that too hot ? And what can i do to lower if too high

40 C is nothing crazy for a motherboard. You can add a fan to the case if it is running too hot for you.

40C isn't too bad for computer boards. The upper limit of safe temps is usually up to 90C (a part that's really overheating can just about boil water)

Not so simple for a "normal" temp, but 40 C is nothing to worry about.
