[SOLVED] Need Help Identify TVS Diodes & How To Test

My Seagate doesn't spin up. I need help identifying TVS diodes on HD PCB and how to test them. I have a multimeter but unsure which pos/neg leads go to. I have Seagate 100617465 REV B.

Thank you. It worked, but now I have another issue when I finally got power. HD not showing up on “My Computer”. In Disk Management, it shows “Online” but doesn’t show “Drive Letter” and no way for me to select it

Was the drive in an external enclosure? If so, then the enclosure was probably configured with a 4Kn sector size.

Could we see the Partitions window in DMDE?
