After some more research I found out that this is a 'Current Sense Resistor' sometimes called a 'Shunt Resistor.' It has a resistance of .005 Ohms and connects to the board with 4 terminals. I had a difficult time finding one on Google but easily found one on Ebay. Hope this helps you if you blow one of these but from what I've read simply replacing the resistor isn't likely to fix the problem. Whatever caused the damage to the resistor likely damaged other components in the system as well.
