I accidentally took off a resistor behind my z370-a prime and cannot find it where it fell.. Done that plus a minor scratch trying to unscrew my cpu cooler. My Pc works fine at the moment, no problems, but i muat know what that resistor does and if i need to repair it or not..
Edit: trying to add pictures but I don't know how to do it from my phone...

If you turn the images 90 degrees clockwise, the area shown is the side side of the cpu backplate.

Solution
it may be very difficult to find out what that resistor does, or finding its value for that matter.

You could measure one of the other ones that is similar...but there are two issues there.
You are measuring "in circuit" which means you may or may not get the right value.
....and the meter voltage could damage something (not likely but could).

Being the PC works fine...I might just let it be.

You may never "use or need" that resistor.

I think you may risk more trouble trying to replace it.
