These fans come from an HP pre-built "HP Pavilion Gaming" model. Are the headers on them standard (can I reuse them while I eventually replace them?)

Well, maybe. First, the wire colour sequence - Black, Red, Yellow, Blue - is one of the two common "standard systems for a standard 4-pin PWM fan, so chances look good it can work with a standard 4-pin mobo header. BUT that's electrical. It is hard to see in your photos, but the mechanical details of the connector may be a problem. Both 3-pin and 4-pin fan female connectors have two ridges down one side, and these fit around a plastic tongue sticking up beside the pins of a male mobo fan header. On a 3-pin connector the ridges are just outside the locations of holes 1 and 3. On a 4-pin connector, the same, so that the hole for pin 4 is outside the space of the ridges. The ridges on a 4-pin connector are NOT symmetrically placed with respect to the middle of the connector body. But on your photos it looks like they ARE equidistant from the connector body centre line. So that connector may NOT fit onto a standard mobo fan header mechanically.
