Need help identifying if my cpu or motherboard is blown

Ok so I was playing some games today and my pc abruptly switched off and when i tried booting it back up it had no display and both my mouse and keyboard was not lighting up as usual that are plugged in at the back

I have tested my ram,psu,cmos reset/ dead battery check,all connections are secure, and tested my gpu and they all work fine

My cpu fan and case fans are spinning and also the fans on my gpu are not spinning

If there is anyway to check if its a faulty motherboard or a faulty cpu it would be much appreciated
