Need help in building a gaming system

Hello guys, I am about to build my new comp it isn't much of a gaming system but its ok because i play games like need for speed undercover and stuff. Anyway so this is what im going to get

8 GB ddr 3 ram
Radeon HD 7750
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.66 GHZ
400 watts Power Supply Unity
And the problem is I don't know which mother board I should get can you guys suggest one?

Oh another thing is this rig enough to play mw 2?

Modern Warfare 2? sure, it will even play MW3. I have an old dell laptop with AMD Radeon 45XX series 512MB graphics card and it plays both of them fine. Expect 55fps @720p or 28fps at 1080p from your card.

As far as motherboard goes, you need to check for "LGA 775" socket on whichever brand you prefer.
