Hey everyone,
I hope you are having a great day.

I am not good at selecting PC components so please help me.
I want to build a High-End Gaming & Streaming PC.
Due to the very tight budget, I can't go over $1000 (Rs.75,000).
After this build, I don't want to upgrade CPU, Motherboard at least for 5 more years.

I am reusing my old PC components (RAM, Storages, GPU, Case, Power Supply, Monitors) so that I can invest more money on important parts Like CPU, Motherboards, etc but please let me know if you think using these old components to my new PC will be a bad idea.

I am open to all the suggestions. Although I will definitely upgrade (RAM, Storages, GPU, Case, Power Supply, Monitors) later.

That all I can come with.
Help me, please.
Thank you

That's all I need to upgrade on my build?
for a better start i'd recommend you that Ram thingy, sell your old ram and get a 2x4gb 3200mhz kit (if budget concerns), also you forget to include motherboard for those cpu, get a MSi B450/M Tomahawk/Mortar MAX, or a newer B550/M motherboard (pricey but better). also if you're going to go on the 3900X you need a better aftermarket cooler, as for the 3800X too. Since Rs. 75.000 is your budget, here what can i maximize

Depends on which you need the most, the 3900X will get the best performance atop the ryzen 7, but the ryzen 7 is more cheaper hence you could add another component on the cart. Also for the ram, i would personally go 2 sticks rather than 4 sticks cause you could overclock it (depends on the ram module, single rank is better for overclock rather than dual rank).

i removed some of your parts to make it simple, since you're reusing your parts and also only partially upgrade your pc component
