Question Need Help In Building Ultimate Gaming, Work & Streaming PC

Hi everyone,
I hope you are doing good & safe at home 😄

I want to build a PC, but I am having a hard time choosing PC components so I need your assistance.
My build budget is ₹1,50,000 - ₹2,00,000 ($2000- $2750)
It's just a limit, If I can get my desired PC less than this then it will amazing.

My requirement:-

1. Video editing (Premiere Pro, Filmora, etc)
2. Any Games (At least at Max settings/ Ultra at 1080p60FPS or 2K 60FPS)
3. LIVE Streaming (At 1080p60FPS or 2K 60FPS)

Note:-
I am using my Old PC storage
Motherboard:-

• Any motherboard with lots of USB 3.0 or above ports
• Not required to compromise anything to add M.2 SSD.

CPU Cooler:- No Idea
Power Supply:- No Idea
Should I wait for

• RTX 3080 Ti
• Upcoming Intel Processor equivalent to AMD 5950x/ AMD 5900x

If I am not asking too much then please do me one more favour & suggest me a dual PC case, similar to Lian Li 011 Dynamic in which I can put my old PC https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kzCZCL & new PC in the same case, If it's possible.

That all I can come with.
