Need help in buying a CPU cooling fan

Hi,
I need some advise on buying a cooling fan.
I have a budget of rs 500-600 ($10)
I have shortlisted a few -
* Cooler Master Sickle Flow X 120 mm
* Cooler Master BC 80 mm
* Cooler Master 90 CFM
* Deep Cool Wind Blade 80
* Deep Cool Gamma ARCHER
*Cooler Master DI5-9HDSL-R1-GP Cooler
Currently I have an Intel dtc-aar01 (stock cooler)
Purpose - gaming and OCing

A new fan won't change anything because the Intel fan works as good as any fan (well there are some exceptions but the fan never makes a big difference). They're also different sizes, are you sure you got the right size? Plus I doubt you will be able to mount those fans properly onto the Intel cooler.

If your CPU cooler is too noisy (and the stock cooler is always noisy, that's why it's cheap), then buy a new one. And I mean a CPU cooler and not just a fan. But for that you might need a higher budget of $20+ at least.

Well for serious OCing I'd recommend at least a Thermalright HR-02 Macho, best would be a bequiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 or Noctua NH-D14.

These brands aren't available in India. And forget OCing for now. What else can I buy for gaming-cooling. (preferably cooler master or deep cool)

If you don't want to OC anymore, I don't see why you need a new cooler. As you said your fan is quiet, thus the temps should also be okay.

But if you still want a better cooler:
