Need Help in Buying a Used Brand Build pc

Hi, my first time asking a question.

I am a noob when it comes to hardware. As i cannot afford to buy a new pc for some time, i thought about buying a used brand build pc (like Hp compaq 8200) and upgrade its psu and ram to 8gb and then add a new gtx 1050.

Will that work? If so, are any of these worth buying?

My Main concern is that i heard motherboard in some these only provide 35w and gtx 1050 is a 75w card. Is this true?

Please help, I'm really low on budget and this might be my only option. I just wanna play Witcher 3, Dragon age Inquisition, and Shadow of mordor. I could even go as low as 720p and medium settings.

Thank you for the response. I'm from Pakistan and amazon doesn't work here. And the price of buying parts individually costs way more.

That was why I thought I should buy a used build.

I'd say get i3 4GB RAM 1TB PC and add GTX1050Ti.

If you get good deal with DELL I would recommend it.

Will the motherboard in Dell Optiplex 790 mt limit power at 35w. I want gtx 1050 (not ti), which requires 75w.

Just check if it comes with 300W PSU. A minimum of 300W PSU is required to support GTX1050.

If it doesn't, would it not be possible to add a new psu myself?

It will be possible to add a new PSU unless the case is of small form factor(check the image below). If the case is of small form factor then still you can change the PSU but you have to find TFX PSU(check the image below) which is lot harder to find than regular one.
