Need help in choosing ¿

I was supposed to buy 'em today but i did a little research and found out some similarly priced or maybe better components and now i am totally confused ...!

Processor: AMD FX 8350
Ram: Gskill SNIPER F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 tri-x

Mobo: CONFUSED between ASUS M5A97 evo and MSI MOTHERBOARD 990FXA-GD65
PSU: CONFUSED between CORSAIR SMPS TX 750 V2 and Seasonic M1211-750W
Other than the fact that seasonic one's modular .. Is there any other difference between them ?
i plan to overclock my cpu and gpu. Which board will suit me better ? And i dont have any plans on going crossfire or sli .

990FX board and Seasonic PSU. 990FX is higher end board and will overclock your CPU well and Sesonic is #1 PSU maker!

The TX750V2 is build by Seasonic... 600W is enough for that build, though. Look at the second link in my sig for ideas.

The M5A97 Evo is fine, and has reasonable VRMs. There's little point in going for the 990FX boards unless you want to Crossfire.
