I'm on really tight budget and I only have a 720p monitor..

Suggest me a build for about 450$ that can be used for 2-3 years.

Best bang for the buck video card around. This setup can play most games at 1080p 60fps, but will be even better at 720.

Well my country is so messed up that this build costs 600$+
