Need help in choosing memory please :)

Hey, its real simple. I have around $275 to spend on memory. Looking for DDR2 - 1066 that is BEST for gaming purposes. Mostly Counter-Strike, call of duty and other FPS games (Quake, Doom). at least 2gb.

here are my system specs

Mobo - Asus Maximus Formula
HDD - WD Raptor 150GB 10k rpm
Monitor - 22" Samsung 2ms response
Power Supply - Silverstone Zeus ST75ZF 750W
Video Card - Waiting for the 9800's
CPU - Waiting for the 45nm's
OS - I want to stick with XP

DDR2 800 doesnt have alot of difference with DDR2 106 and it will OC as good as DDR2 1066

also if u are going to wait for 9800 , i think u have to wait for more than 6 months , because the upcoming GPUs(according to rumors) is 8800GT which is mostly a refresh
