Need help in cpu

Hey i upgraded my cpu to 8700k 3.7gh up to 4.2 gh first the usage was normal.70% in bf1 now in operation at the.intro.sometimes hit 95% but no fps drops , in the game the.cpu is.very normal 70% 50% 77% , temperature around 55degree is that normal? For cpu hit 95% on the loading map only In bf1.and the gpu always on 99%
My specs: msi mortar z370 m
Msi gtx 1080 gaming x
Intel core i7 8700k
Ram : 32 gb hyper x
Thermaltake cooling 1 fan
Screen asus rogswift278qr

Everything seems to be fine mate. BF1 is a very cpu intensive game and will punish even the strongest of systems.

First Person Shooters are more CPU intensive especially BF1 which should be even more demanding than other games.

and the gpu always on 99%

This is normal. The GPU can't keep up with the CPU.
