that didn't make too much sense to me.

I added an SSD to add a faster boot and stuff as such, I'm running an SSD and I've never seen anything like it, honestly they're a must have!

I haven't put in a liquid cooler only an air cooler.

Keyboard mouse and monitor, do you want me to add these within the budget?

Asus GTX 970 28,350
i5-4670k 16,075
ASrock z87 killer 12,700
8gb ram 5000
Antec neo eco power supply 520w 7,500
1tb hard drive 4700
Coolermaster 311 cabinet 2500

Total 77,000 or so

I would rather drop to a non overclocking CPU and H97 board to get an SSD in for the price. You could also get a cheaper PSU as well if you aren't overlcocking

Do you already own an SSD? And when you say UPS do you mean PSU? In the UK, UPS means one of these:

and PSU means one of these:

If you're not overclocking I wouldn't suggest a board as advanced of any above I also wouldnt suggest a K series cpu. This means a 4460/S would be more applicable so we can edge a little more on the GPU.

This also means I'd suggest a H97 Pro gamer board.

Would you like a recalculated build?

Asus Motherboard consider as one of the best and reliable. You have to add 8gb ddr3 RAM, 1TB of HDD and also need an extra 120GB or More SSD for hardcore gamine. i5, i7 is best option. for graphics card I would suggest you to use nVidia Geforce or GTX with dual GPU. For monitor you can go with AOC, or BenQ.
