Need Help In Picking A GPU

I need help in picking a GPU,
My options are :

Gigabyte GTX960 WindForce OC 4GB
Or
Gigabyte GTX970 ITX 4GB OC

Question :
Is the Gigabyte GTX970 ITX 4GB OC an overkill or not?

I'm looking for a Nvidia card because I don't like the optimization and features that AMD offers ( I own a sapphire r9 270 oc )
I am editing videos, streaming and playing games that some are dependant on CPU and some on GPU
And looking for something in the budget between 300$-440$

My specs are :
I7 4790k
Asus z97 pro-gamer
Antec 650w
G.skill Ares 4x4 ddr3
