Need help in picking SSD

Hi, I need help to choose from two SSDs, I read many reviews about these both SSDs but I am unable to decide in term of performance because there are different results showing everywhere.

1)- Crucial m4 SSD Sata 3 256gb
OR
2)- Kingston SSDNow V300 Series SV300S37A/240G 2.5" 240GB
