Need help in picking the right graphics card

I have Dell Optiplex 760 SFF Desktop Computer with
windows 7/ 4GB/ 1 terabyte.

I am hoping to play game like Tera: Rising and RaiderZ (medium settings not actually high)

The GTX 460 is alot weaker, the Nvidia equivalent to the 7850 is the GTX 650 Ti Boost which should be around the $130-140 mark at the moment

Now that you've listed your specs none of these cards should be recommended for that small form factor PC

That CPU will hold back most gaming GPUs nowadays and will hold you back especially in MMO games which tend to be CPU intensive

Most cards will have a hard time fitting into the small form factor case unless you get a low profile card

The last concern is the proprietary sized OEM PSU which is usually extremely weak for a SFF system

From here it seems you have either a 235W or a 255W PSU which would not handle most GPUs apart from the low profile entry level cards

I highly doubt you'd want to get a new system entirely, but it's something you can consider down the line

Sorry i don't want to upgrade my whole computer but only graphics card so do you have any suggestion of graphics card that i could buy?

I doubt any decent card would work with your system, can you look inside the case at the PSU sticker and post the amp reading on the +12v rail?

If it's higher than 16A (which I doubt), then a low profile 7750 should work, otherwise you'd be left with the entry level options such as the radeon 6450

why recommend low profile? Does it change the quality?

You'd have a hard time fitting a regular sized/height card into a SFF system
