Question Need Help in Research for 2-in-1 Laptops

I am researching 2-in-1 laptops for my father. He wants a 2-in-1 laptop that has 4K resolution, touchscreen capability, can do office work such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and do some video editing (not complex video editing like Adobe). Also, he would like to be able to connect an external hard drive to the system. I have done some research, but I am not familiar with 2-in-1 laptops. Would the Items listed below meet my father's needs?

• Dell XPS 13 2-in-1
• HP Spectre x360
