Need help in upgrading my system

Hi all. I am from India. I have a system and it needs to be upgraded. Below are my current Specs:
Processor->intel core 2 duo e7400
Motherboard->Intel DG 41RQ
RAM - Transcend 2 GB 667 MHz
Graphics Card- SAPPHIRE HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB GDDR5
Power Supply - Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU.

Have a monitor of 1600*900 resolution.

Well, i know i haven't been doing any justification for the awesome graphics card with the old motherboard and processor. So i will be upgrade the system.

i like playing games a lot. Not a hardcore gamer per say. But i do like to play all the games all the time..

Since i am poor, Please suggest me a Good motherboard, Processor and Ram which totally combined should be under 20K [Indian RS] to upgrade....
