Need help in Windows Experience Index????

I have 2×2GB G.skills DDR3 1333MHz ram in my pc.Previously this Ram showed 7.5 pts in WindowsExperienceIndex(WEP) in windows 7 32bit OS.Also readable ram was 3.5gb.
But after installing windows 7 64bit though the readable ram has increased to 4gb but WEP now shows 7.4 pts which is very strange.
I have tried rerunning WEP test many times on 64bit windows but still it shows 7.4pts.
Can anyone plz help me to restore pts. to 7.5????

Solution
No, it won't.
First scenario, which would be Windows 7 32 bits, it's limited to 3.5GB, you've got the max RAM amount, but not the maximum speed. So you take that maximum RAM size points, and the score of the speed of your RAM, and you average it, that gives you your 7.5 pts.
Second scenario, which would be Windows 7 64 bits, it's limited to 8GB on the home premimum version, so there you don't have the max RAM size, and don't have the max speed either. Then you take that RAM size points, speed, average it, and there's where you lost 0.1 pts. You didn't lose anything by going to 64 bits version, you actually got a bit more RAM size.
WEI is not a good indicator of performance and is a fairly terrible benchmark, I wouldn't be too concerned about what it says. My system went up by .3 simply because I ran it again the day after I built it, apparently my SSD got a lot faster in the meantime.
