Need help installing MSI drivers and utilities.

Hi guys my mobo is MSI z97 Gaming 7
My cpu is i7 4790k

Its, my first build i finished but i need help installing my drivers from the msi website

I need to know which ones i should get and how do i install them because im having trouble doing so.
