Need help installing my new Nvidia GeForce GT 610 Graphics Card

Ok, first is i installed the GPU to my PCIE slot in the MoBo. Then I installed the drivers. The drivers didn't install.It says. "Access is Denied" and I am the administrator. So I restart my computer and booted it on safe mode. I uninstalled the drivers first. Then I iinstalled it again. And it did install complete. But then, in the device manager, it says to my device, "Windows stopped this device because it has reported a problem. (Code 43). There I am stuck. Please help.

YOU PUT THIS VIDEO CARD INCORRECTLY, So check it's size either, or that device is compatible with Windows 7, Access Granted message will popup if you install this driver CORRECTLY AND CLOSED.

It is compatible to windows 7. I correctly checked my GPU. It is seated tight on the Pcie x16 slot. I can just install the drivers in safe mode. Because it fails when i install the drivers in normal boot. Please help. Thanks.

Is it a new card or used? What brand and model of the motherboard is it? Try updating the BIOS on it. Some PCIe 2.0+ cards have issues with PCIe 1.0 slots.

It is a new card. It is a Inno3D GeForce GT 610 Graphics Card.

It is a ASRock G31-VS2 Motherboard.
And I don't know how to update my bios. Im scared that it may wreck my PC. I'll reformat my PC and install a Windows XP.

If the card is showing a video display when you are using it, re-installing Windows is a good idea. BIOS upgrade messing up is very rare, but does happen, but may be needed to get the video card working. I have run MANY BIOS updates over 15 years in the business and I can't think of one time it killed a computer on me.

Just had another problem.
I want to backup my files on my new Seagate Backup Plus External HDD before formatting my PC to reinstall windows XP but i can't use it.
The error is "There are no drivers in this device."
When I search online, there are drivers but i can't install it.
Error "Unable to update drivers. Access is denied."
I am currently the administrator.
Please Help.

Well this goes back to your original issue, did you play around with any computer settings especially file rights or policies? Did you have a virus? You may need to boot off a Linux Live CD and do a copy of your files that way, that will bypass the rights issue for not being able to install drivers.

I just checked your mother board ..just be sure weather the gt610 which u have got will suport thata mo board .
