Need help installing secondary hard drive

I want to put my 2.0 TB hard drive in my cyberpower PC but it won't recognize it when i plug it it. What am i missing?

Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management.

Your harddrive should have two wires, one for power and one for the mobo.

Check to see if the drive is recognized in the BIOS. If it is, then it is properly connected As was mentioned by Themurkiest you will need to go into Disk Management and initialize the drive.
