Do i need to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2005 even though i have 2019 version of it? And the same question goes for. Net framework

I recently installed Windows 8.1 Single Language and i have to reinstall some drivers,but i am confused with all this Visual C++ things,i used to just install drivers using Driver Booster 8 automatically,but i want to do it manually now,but i am so confused with all these Visual C++ things...

You do not need to manually install that. If some game or application needs it, it will install it.
Just leave it alone.
