Question Need help. Is it normal that reset button light is flashing

Hi ,pls help me for one question.
I just bought a new computer, and it accidently fell to floor from desk. And I found that when I use it, the reset button light is flashing red sometimes. But every other functions are just ok. Is it normal or something problem inside CPU? thanks for your help in advance.

you don't mention before the fall.
do you know for certain it wasn't happening before?

was the reset button always red, or a different color previously?
does it flash at a regular constant speed or is it intermittent flashing?

one easy thing to check is if the front panel cables are firmly seated to the motherboard header(s).

Thanks for your information, before the fall it seems never flash, I can't remember very clearly, I just bought this computer 3 days ago. Now it is intermittent flashing. When it fell to floor, I found the front cover of CPU metal case was open a little bit, and I press it back.
