they're compatible though you may need to ask the retailer/seller if that H61 board is loaded with the latest BIOS or at least version P1.30. while most times the answer is yes, people can get careless, so better safe than sorry.

or if that's too much hassle for you, there's getting a B75 motherboard for more ease and guaranteed compatibility sans BIOS update.
