Origin PC is a well known and pretty trustworthy company as far as I am aware, and the seller is origin PC themselves so it is certainly not a scam or anything like that.

Whether it's worth the price they are charging for it is another story. It's not a terrible deal but the i5 6420p is a low power quad core processor with max turbo clock of 3.4ghz, it is certainly not the most powerful processor in the world but it should be enough to fully utilize a 1050 ti. Weird that they would put a water cooler on it, it definitely does not need it. If GPU prices weren't as ridiculous as they are today I would say $1000 for a system like that is quite high. But if you are willing to pay extra for a pre built instead of building something yourself...
