I need to cool 2 GPUs and a CPU using a custom cooling loop. I've looked into kits, but they only cool CPUs. Does anyone have a solution for cooling 2 GTX 1060 3GB edition and a Q6600 CPU?
Theres actually no need to cool a 1060, if you want to improve thermals you could always do a liquid metal(although i've heard it's not recommended for GPUs so proceed at yoru own risk) apply higher quality thermal paste or just increase case air flow.
As far as block available a quick search didn't turn up much other then some universal ones and maybe some 1070 blocks that may or may not fit.

What are you trying to accomplish?
For gaming, a Q6600 CPU is a non starter.
Then, a single strong card like a GTX1080 will game better than sli GTX1060.
Spend your cooling budget on stronger parts in the first place.
