Hi y'all. So here's what's up: my mom just died, and I want to make sure there isn't anything I need on her computer before I reset it and give it to a friend. The challenge is that I need to login to windows, and I don't know her password.
The added bonus was that I brought the computer with me to the friend I'm giving it to's house, because she needs to set up her interwebs, but doesn't have a computer.... Sooooo, there's no internet for the computer atm, either. In case that matters.
It's an HP pavilion all-in-one, running win 10-- I'm not seeing a windows sticker, so I'm not sure if it's home or pro or..?
Can anyone help me? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
