Question Need Help Looking To Buy Brand New Gaming Monitor?

I have the ASUS 27" ROG Swift PG278QR keep running into faults and have to keep RMA it because of purple dots or the 165ghz refresh rate not working and white light in the screen and now I got one spot where it just white light cant see it much in games but am looking for more good gaming monitor 27inch-32-inch. I know what are good gaming monitors are but wondering if i can have some extra help

I could keep this monitor because its not making any harm or anything but just seeing my options on what is an good gaming monitor. Because my monitor like said running into faults and keep RMA it and now ASUS wants proof before they send me a replacement lol

I like 2k
I like to have 144hz rate
I do not like to have a cheap monitor

What specs do you have?

Would you want 1440P/144hz+ or would you be open to others?

Games you play? Casual? Competitive?

Hmm, what about 1440P UW? Nice, big screen with 100hz refresh rate and Gsync.

Unless your going to 4K and need the highest graphics I'd stick with your 1080 ti for now.

4k gaming is expensive i do not like 60ghz monitors and even if get 144hz 4k monitor that is expensive so i like my 2k gaming and that monitor you posted is good might think about that one.

The AORUS AD27QD might be what you are looking for as it meets your desired spec and isn’t cheap. It released a week after I bought my new monitor and I would have seriously considered buying this. So far I’ve only read really positive reviews about it.
