Need help losing frames from moving mouse around.

So I have no idea where else to go with this but when I play Black Ops 4 I get a decent amount of frames around 110-120 but as soon as I move my mouse or character at all they drop to 30. This happens every game and I dont understand why. I posted on Bo4 reddit and nothing and I looked it up but there was nothing so if anyone has any idea why that would be a great help. Thanks.

What is your draw distance set at?
