I wanna make a build that I can Stream games with solid 1080p 60fps and that works well for editing and gaming too.
The games I play aren't usually very heavy, if they are tho I don't mind having to put them on low settings. The GTX 1060 3gb that I have now isn't that bad at all. To me the most important is that I have a great stream quality and my editing software works smooth.
For gaming the only thing I need is enought FPS for my 144hrz monitor.
But I wanna make a new build, I'm not keeping the GTX 1060 because that goes to my brother.
Utilizing discounts from black friday what would you guys recommend as a build. I can spend from like 500 to like 800 euros, maybe 900 if it's really necessary for what I want. But on the graphics for example, I think I prefer to not get a much better one and leave it for later (in case that doesn't affect the streaming or editing).
I have currently an i5 - 6500 and a GTX 1060 3gb. Some of the games I play the most and would like to stream would be Overwatch and Minecraft for example, nothing crazy.

Is this one good enough for great streaming? I don't have any experience with AMD, always had Intel so I'm not sure what I'm getting into. But I actually have a monitorwith Freesync, and that one is staying with me.
From my research I think I understood that I need a pretty good cpu, I can save a bit on the graphics card, leave that for the future maybe, need like 16gb at least for the editing.
I don't care about things looking pretty. I wanna save as much as possible on things that don't affect performace substantially. I've actually seen some people without cases, is that safe for the components?

I have no clue how to choose a motherboard and how important it is for the performace of the pc.
For the storage I need an SSD for sure but I dunno the difference between the small ones that go on the motherboard and the big ones and if it's worth the price or not for what I need. For the graphics I was a bit lost too. The case is actually the same one I bought for my current pc.
Since there's no massive discounts on graphics maybe I should wait until they show up.
