need help monitor flickering or something

got a problem with my monitor only on the right side of the screen which is also where my desktop is located ( the pc ) i can see tearing or flickering on that side of my screen everytime i change fresh rate it decreases and increases i tried to close my pc and see if the problem is with the screen but no tearing happens. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALP
