First, apologies if this is a total noob question as I'm sure it is. I am currently working on my first major build, as well as my first foray into liquid cooling AIO's.

I've run into a bit of an issue in installing my Swiftech H140-X cooler into the my Thermaltake L10 GT. Preferably, I would like to mount the radiator from within the case at the top. However, the case is a bit wide, and even the screw holes for mounting fans at the top are too wide apart to really find a good spot to place the radiator. So, I can't really find a proper place to install it at the top.

The back of the case is fine however, in that if I wanted I can easily mount the radiator (albeit vertically). But, I really would like to have it placed from within the case onto the top panel.

So, does anyone have a suggestion, or a workaround for this? Or a mod suggestion? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

This may seem mad at first, but many people do this... grab a drill.

Just line up the rad and put marks where the holes need to be, and grab a metal drill bit. One its fitted, you wont even notice. Good luck.

Ya I was considering that route as well, but didn't know if there was a more less-invasive route I could take. But, if there's no other option then I may just have to start making my own spaces. Good bye Thermaltake Warranty!

If you dont want to void your warranty, you could go really DIY, and get some metal zip ties/straps, and tie the rad tight to the roof with them, just make sure you use enough of them!
