well run CCleaner or some alternative if you want to and make sure to never install programs on SSD and instead make the default Download folder and Documents folder to your HDD (you can easily find tutorials online for this) install them directly on your HDD do not get mad if you already knew this as it can really help and i am assuming you do not know this due to the questions you have asked

If your SSD is lacking space, drivers are the least of your worries.
And you can't just move a folder with drivers like that.
What size is this SSD?
What do you have installed on it?
Please install and run WinDirStat, and show us a screencap of the output.
