I was going to buy a cooler master 212 evo 120mm cpu cooler but then I found Rosewill RCA-1204BL 120mm Sleeve 4 Blue LED Case Fan basically I was wondering can I replace the cooler master 212 evo for the 4 LED case fans? cooler master is $29.99 and the 4 LED case are $14.99 and I'm over my budget by like $80... I need to decrease some stuff at least $40 more dollars. here're my current specs including monitor.

You have selected a good system, but since you won't be able to overclock much out of i5 2400 , the stock cooler will do just fine. However based on your your budget here a system suggestion from me:

Case: $35- Xclio Blue Black(Decent cheap case)

HDD & Optical Drive: $80- Western Digital Blue 160 GB & MSI DVD Writer ( Had to sacrifice capacity to squeeze them both)
However if you can squeeze $20. You can get a roomy 500GB HDD & Optical Drive

Monitor: $120- Acer 21.5" LED Backlit Full HD(Same One)

GPU: $165- Sapphire Radeon 6870)(Better than 6850)

OS: $100- Windows 7 Home Premium SP1(Same, but has a free mouse)

CPU & RAM: $250- i5 2500K & Patriot Signature (2x 4GB)

Motherboard & PSU: $160- MSI P67A G43 & Corsair CX500(SLI Capable motherboard ,a good PSU)

Total(Excluding Rebates): 910 USD

Rebates: 60 USD

About 3rd party cooler you may need it if you plan to overclock your CPU to around 4.4 GHz, Otherwise stock Cooler is sufficient.
You can save some money by looking into coupon codes of individual product

I didn't really count the rebates:p lol. But I've some top rated parts so I think I'll just calculate again It'll probably come out like $960 around there, if I can get $60 rebate that'd be awesome lol.
