Need help new 1ms 24" monitor or old 5ms 19" with $199

Hello,
I have hit an interesting problem, i currently have a 19" lenovo thinkvision with a 5ms response time but I want to get a new 24" Benq RL2455HM with a response time of 1ms, buying the new will set me back a precious $199 that I could push elsewere within my computer (I was thinking a SSD) but if Ii stay with the old monitor I loose the 1ms response time and all the bragging rights to go with it. Can you please tell me which option I should take (I will be using the monitors primarily for gaming)

Note, I have 2 other monitors both old and with a response time of 5ms that I could use in a 3 screen setup, this is also an option

in my opinions 5 ms is plenty spend the money on a ssd or something to make your rig better. at 5 ms the few thing that do move really fast and blurs just look like motion blur anyway in the heat of things you wont pick it up. The only reason you may want to get this is for high graphical quality and fast racers/ flight sims. I run a 5ms screen and play BF4 and don't notice any blurring
