Question NEED HELP!!! New Built PC stuck in motherboard logo. Loading forever.

I just built mt custom PC, the initial boot was succeeded. I installed windows through a bootable drive. The installed windows 10 was running well for the first time. The system can read/write files normally, and BIOS also be able to detect my hardware correctly. After some regular Windows and driver updates installed, I restarted it, it just froze at the motherboard logo screen, loading forever. I can get into BIOS, I have tried to load optimized defaults but that did not work. Please help me identify where is the problem. Thanks!
Here is my build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3950x
Motherboard:ASUS ROG Strix X570-E
Memory:G.SKILL Trident Z Neo (for AMD Ryzen) Series
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

I have tested RAM, GPU and SSD. They are all running ok. I have reinstalled os, same thing appeared. I have checked the hardware connections, all good. No idea what's wrong about it for this situation.
