Question Need help new prebuilt pc

My wife purchased me a new alienware r12 for an early father's day present. The computer is super fast loads everything quick but when I play games like destiny 2 and WoW I get low FPS on medium settings. I have it in high power mode all the drivers updated. I'm not sure whats wrong the specs are.

16gb
I7 1100f 2.5ghz
3070 rtx 8gb

Also running on a 27inch Asus tuff 144hz monitor. Hope yall are able to help, thanks.

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

The cpu is around mid 30s and the gpu was pretty low for usage.

The temp of it I've seen hit right at 78-82c
