Question Need Help. Not sure if I broke my motherboard or not.

I got a 5800x3d to replace my 3600 so of course I had to take out the 3600 to put in the new CPU. The problem is I think I might have broken something, but not sure what. So I was unscrewing my evo 212 and the screws were turning in place so I gave it a decent pull to get it off, but I accidentally took off the evo along with the CPU which is stuck to the heatsink. The CPU lever thingy was also closed when I took the whole thing. #3 of the standoffs are stuck to the screws on the cooler and the motherboard doesn't look quite right. Some sort of rubber came off, and a piece seems to be missing from the bottom left hole, but I'm not sure if it was like that to begin with or not.

I'm honestly not to sure what to do now, is it even safe to put my 5800x3d? Any help would be very appreciated!

Here are the images: (I know it's dusty, haven't cleaned it since I built 4-5 years ago :unamused:)

Looks like you were lucky keeping the pins intact on the 3600 with the classic ripping it out of an AM4 socket. Reminder to run the system for a while before removing the cooler to soften the thermal paste, and to twist side to side to loosen it before lifting.

I'd probably stick that 3600 back in the system to see if it's still working properly, might as well be sure. Not a whole lot of other ways to figure out if it's still working than stick a CPU in it and try to boot. But nothing looks broken at first glance.

The indent in the mounting hole is pretty normal, if you clear some of the gunk from the hole diagonal to it, should see the same there.

Not entirely sure where the residue comes from. Maybe didn't remove the 3M adhesive from the default backplate, and that got squeezed up in there somehow? Or maybe the glue that holds the rubber gaskets in place on the standoffs failed at some point, and started squeezing out.
