Is this some sort of Joke? That PC is way overkill for minecraft. That PC is would be good for someone who does professional work like video editing. Heck, that's still overkill. Also, GTX Titan X is a waste of money when a GTX 980 Ti can be had at near equal performance for $400 less per card.
