Need help OC gtx 1080

Not sure if I just got unlucky in the silicon lottery or if I am doing something wrong. I have the ASUS GTX 1080 STRIX (non OC) and I have downloaded GPU Tweak 2. I am getting a GPU speed of 102% in OC mode with a temp of 53C. On this guide/review, they are at a temp of 45C with 109%. This is my first time OCing a card and I have tried giving more voltage and increasing the boost clock but I can't get it to go above 102%.

Graphics card vendors bin their chips and use the best ones in factory overclocked versions that sell for more.
You may get lucky and get a good oc, or not.
You are more likely to hear some bragging from those who won, but not from those who lost the lottery.

I would not worry, the GTX1080 is a great card and you are more likely to be limited by whatever cpu you have.

GOOD NEWS EVERYBODY! When I ran firemark, the gpu clocked up to 2025! 😀 I guess the clock was staying low because I was just surfing reddit and stuff.
