Need help on a $200 upgrade decision!

Solution
Out of those I'd go for the monitor upgrade. Storage is something I feel should only be bought out of necessity, and you would be wasting money buying a Kraken X61 - CLLs are not worth it if you ask me. If you really want to go liquid cooling, get an EKWB Predator (much better than a Kraken), or go with an EKWB starter kit.
1. You will run out of safe vcore with your current cooler before you run into thermal limits. No benefit from liquid cooling with skylake.
2. So far as I can tell, random service times are not much changed so no big benefit here.
3. A hard drive for backups is a good idea.
4. I like adding a 1440P monitor. Keep your side monitor for static stuff like email and monitors.
5. If you are running out of room for games, then Samsung evo 500gb is a very good upgrade. The ssd migration utility will copy things over seamlessly.

how much temp does you cpu shows while gaming on ultra setting.
if its under 76 c, then its fine, or u should buy that cpu cooler..

as far as 144 hz is concerned, do u play multiplayer online games like cs or bf ?
no? then y consider it.
