So all my friends have PCs and I’m still on the good ol PS4. I’m currently looking to buy a prebuilt pc. I’m looking for something that will run bf5, apex, The division 2. Budget is around 1200-1400. I’m not looking for top of the line stuff. Just something that is comparable or better than PS4 graphics. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'd advise you go with at least a 6 core/6 thread CPU if you like Intel or a 4 core/8 thread CPU if you like AMD. I'd go with the Ryzen 2600, I think that's a good value. For a videocard you need to consider resolution. If at 1080p 60hz with no plans to go higher any time soon, a 6gb 1060 will give you better than PS4 image quality and performance. If you're thinking of 1440p or high refresh rate gaming a 1070 or the new 1660 Ti would be my choice. Invest in a good power supply. It does not have to be higher wattage than what you need but it needs to be a quality supply like a Seasonic. I'd prefer 16gb system ram at this time.

I'd go with an SSD, especially since prices are so low now. Your game library should help determine what you...

I wouldn't recommend going prebuilt as they usually cut corners on the PSU/MB & memory at the very least. Your better off buying parts and finding a shop such as Microcenter that can build the system for you for around $120 if you don't want to build it. Building is pretty easy and there's tons of guides out there. If you live near Massachusetts I'd build it for you for free.

This would easily handle newer games @1080P or 1440P/60hz.

I'd go with an SSD, especially since prices are so low now. Your game library should help determine what you need here. If you have a gargantuan library, you should get a smaller SSD and pair it with a big mechanical drive. The idea is to install Windows and your most played games on the SSD, and everything else on the hard drive. If you only play those three games you might only need a 500-512 SSD for now. Adding a hard drive later is easy.

In this specific case, if you're mostly interested in gaming, an Intel CPU such as an i5-9600k could be better, which would cost like 100$ more, but would give better performance for high refresh rate gaming in things like Apex Legends, especially at a resolution of 1080p.
